I am up 200lbs on my leg sled push! Today is my 10th workout.

I auto-generated a workout routine based on my current working loads for each exercise and this is it. 

Status Update:
Today, Dec 16, 2024 I have worked out 10 times.

1) Leg Press Sled:
>>  Day 2: Hypertrophy at 330lbs x 12-15 rep
>>>> It was too light so I did 2x330, and 2x478 for 12reps. Ya baby! Ya! More POWA 

2) Weighted Lunges:
>>  Day 2: Hypertrophy at bodyweight
>>>> It was too silly, so I did 25lbs for 24steps. I make the rules around here!

3) Leg Extensions:
>> Day 2: Hypertrophy at 100lbs x 12 reps
>>>> I skipped that. I did a bunch of upper body like pecs because I already did huge legs. 

4) Leg Curls:
>> Day 2: Hypertrophy at 100lbs x 12 reps
>>>> I skipped that. I did a bunch of upper body like pecs because I already did huge legs. 

5) Calf Raises:
>> Day 2: Hypertrophy at moderate wait x 20reps
>>>> I skipped that. I did a bunch of upper body like pecs because I already did huge legs.

WE ARE BACK BACK AND ITS 2024

Okay its 2024. Shit has changed but its all still the same! We gotta get jacked bro!
I hurt my arm so I thought I could not work out, but then I remembered... 


You can do LEGS. EVERY DAY!!!!!

SO I am at 30 days, I hit a plateau I thought, but then I was just doing all the machines and I added a LUNG and BOOOOOM!!!!!  I have a sore arse like you would not believe. I guess machines do not do it all. 

I can do 300 on the leg press machine, 70 on ham string machine, 100 on the quad machine but ONLY 25lb each side on the  Lunges. 

So more to come but I think you know what this means.
