I am up 200lbs on my leg sled push! Today is my 10th workout.

Pictured Above:
I auto-generated a workout routine based on my current working loads for each exercise and this is it.

Status Update:
Today, Dec 16, 2024 I have worked out 10 times.

1) Leg Press Sled:
>>  Day 2: Hypertrophy at 330lbs x 12-15 rep
>>>> It was too light so I did 2x330, and 2x478 for 12reps. Ya baby! Ya! More POWA

2) Weighted Lunges:
>>  Day 2: Hypertrophy at bodyweight
>>>> It was too silly, so I did 25lbs for 24steps. I make the rules around here!

3) Leg Extensions:
>> Day 2: Hypertrophy at 100lbs x 12 reps
>>>> I skipped that. I did a bunch of upper body like pecs because I already did huge legs.

4) Leg Curls:
>> Day 2: Hypertrophy at 100lbs x 12 reps
>>>> I skipped that. I did a bunch of upper body like pecs because I already did huge legs.

5) Calf Raises:
>> Day 2: Hypertrophy at moderate wait x 20reps
>>>> I skipped that. I did a bunch of upper body like pecs because I already did huge legs.

WE ARE BACK BACK AND ITS 2024

Okay its 2024. Shit has changed but its all still the same! We gotta get jacked bro!
I hurt my arm so I thought I could not work out, but then I remembered...

You can do LEGS. EVERY DAY!!!!!

SO I am at 30 days, I hit a plateau I thought, but then I was just doing all the machines and I added a LUNG and BOOOOOM!!!!!  I have a sore arse like you would not believe. I guess machines do not do it all.

I can do 300 on the leg press machine, 70 on ham string machine, 100 on the quad machine but ONLY 25lb each side on the  Lunges.

So more to come but I think you know what this means.

I CHALLENGE YOU TO A JACK-OFF!

We're BACK!

Yo!

I have got to say you are looking JACKED, especially compared to our last blog. Even though the numbers on the scale may seem strange, there is no question you gained muscle and lost weight. Your first two months back are always strange and I'm sure now that you've cultivated the habit, you will be able to control your weight much better. Your arms and shoulders seriously look way bigger! 165 is sooooo attainable it's crazy.

My stats as of today (April 12th, 2016):
215 lbs, coming in at approximately 20% body fat.
Bench: 225 lbs x 6
Deadlift: 315 lbs x 6
Squat: 225 lbs x 6

Main goal is to keep lifts where they are currently and drop body fat to single digit % over the next 12 weeks. Totally shredded by July.

I would say the bulk was overall a success, I really enjoyed not worrying about what I was eating and just focusing on lifting as heavy as I could. Unfortunately I don't think this is the healthiest way to live, so I'll leave that for the winter bulk season.

I would love to hear more about what your supplement guy had to say regarding your routine!

Also if strength and gains are your main goal, then we can definitely find a more appropriate routine for your goals!

Either the: Fierce 5x5
Or the: AllPro Novice Routine

Anyway, once again I'm so proud and motivated that you stuck to it for this long with me!

Love you bro :)

WEEK 2! You made it! I am very excited to continue on this journey with you brother. Your stats are great!

The photo above was after about two months of dieting. I am definitely an easy gainer and a slow loser...

P.S. I haven't actually used ephedrine since the first week I purchased it. Made me very anxious and uncomfortable. For my cut I'll just be following Jim's shortcut to shred.

Monday, August 17th 2015

Updated big three:
Bench Press: 225lbs / 6
Squat: 315lbs / 6
Dead Lift: 365lbs / 6

I've been hitting it every morning at 7am with my gym partner Craig. Mornings were always tough, but having a partner is huge in keeping each other accountable.

We're doing a 5 day split:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Quads/Hams
Thursday: Shoulders/Calves
Friday: Biceps/Triceps

This has been our split since spring. I've added about 40 lbs to my bench, 90 lbs to my squat and 65 lbs to my dead lift.

The summer shred is on, 20 minutes of cardio and abs after work, burning about 500 calories.

We're 10 weeks out from Halloween, so if you plan on looking like a Spartan, throw away the chocolate bars and jump on the elliptical.

I'm hitting whey, creatine, bcaa and stacking ephedrine and caffeine.

I'm gonna get jacked.
Male age 36 years. 6'1 220lbs Married with 3 kids.
Worst shape of my life.
Starting to worry about death. But not just death. Worried about life; about being weak and helpless for the one or two decades i got left. I had it all but wasted it on donuts and deep fried food. The last half of my life is just one great orgy of fast food and lethargy. Winded walking up a single flight of stairs. That was my wake up call. Sweet fucking Odins Eyeless socket. I CANT WALK UP STAIRS. Then I started thinking about the other shit I cant do. Fucking run. Thats old news.Today is the first day. Eat right get right Im gonna be a monster.
Breakfast: Turkey soup.
Lunch: Double shot Espresso with splenda.
Dinner: Meatloaf and snow peas.
Ok so far the food hasnt been ideal. I am still working it out. CAVEMAN eat whatever they got except bread or whatever. So thats what I did. Starting to feel the low sugar jitters. I am not deliberatly trying to go Ketogenetics but if it happens thats cool.
WORKOUT
Today I thought I would start with some Arms and Legs. Since that is what I want to focus on I thought I would start by making it my goal. Actually my goal is to see my belt buckle. But for strength I wanna see some huge monkey arms and legs sticking out of my buckle. I got carried away. Im doing sort of a variation of the 5x5 Stronglift program everyone is familiar with. Mine is 4 sets of 8 reps and go to fail on last either 10 or 11 but sometimes less than 8. Since today was my first day really getting into the gym, I started really light because I dont wanna hurt myself. Isolated stretches for 30 seconds to warm up. Cranked the music and went to town. I am sweating like a pig in church on whoreday and I feel great getting jacked. My plan is also to basicly not talk about it with anyone at work and let it be a secret surprise for next year when I ride chariots and wrestle Lions.
